This project is the idea of over 10 local investors who wanted to bring a hotel to their community, Casselman, strategically located between Montreal and Ottawa, in the Highway 417 corridor.

Activar was tasked with defining the hotel offering, assessing the feasibility and costing of the project, negotiating with all investors and partners, putting forward a viable shareholders’ agreement and implementation of the project. The Microtel Casselman opened its doors to guests in June 2015.
