Beau’s Brewery hired Activar to manage its cellar upgrade to significantly increase its operating capacity in support of the Brewery’s continued growth and market demand and sales volume.

Activar acted as the project manager, taking care of procurement, the selection and management of consultants and general contractor as well as the site plan and building permit approval process.

The planning and construction of the upgraded cellar was completed within less than five months, respecting strict timelines established at the onset of the project.
